I redownloaded the app to no avail. Can't get into the app. the website brings me in a loop when i access from Brave browser, even with shields down.

I cannot find the code after I log out and log back in. The list unfortunately has not helped.

When you login via the app, it opens the browser. If you’re logged in it automatically tries to redirect you back to the app. If the redirect works but the app does not login, you should go back to the browser and click logout in the top right, then repeat the login process.

If the redirect does not work after login, or repeating the process also doesn’t work, there is a button that says copy code on the login success page. Click login with code in the app and paste the code.

If you’re not seeing any of this please send me screenshots of what exactly is happening so we can try to diagnose the issue on your computer.

I can login in chrome, but not brave. if i try to login to the Mac OS app, it defaults to Brave and when i input my credentials, it clears the password and I'm stuck in a loop re entering the passcode which I know is correct. When I login on chrome, there is no code at the welcome screen. I can also login to the iOS app.

Ok, found a workaround and I'm in. I changed my default browser to chrome so that I could do the login redirection dance properly. Restored Brave as my default browser and gave it one more shot to just login on the web browser and it doesn't work so maybe a bug there somewhere. Thank you for your help!

Regarding the code option - you will only see this when you click login from the desktop app. After successful login you will see the page attached - just click "Copy Auth Code" and paste that into the Login With Code box in the app - also attached.
