DEBUGGING MIXO

Before emailing us on team@MIXO.dj or submitting a new idea on our support forums, please be sure to:

  1. Check you're using the latest MIXO version
  2. Describe the issue/bug in as much detail as possible
  3. Use screenshots where possible
  4. Confirm device & operating system you're having issues with MIXO on
  5. Confirm it meets our minimum system requirements
  6. Check your logins work by accessing our support chat & confirm to us the email username you're using

Be aware that our developers may ask you to:

  • Send additional screenshots
  • Check password works via the support site
  • Uninstall & then reinstall MIXO
  • Send MIXO data logs, see how to turn on logs
  • Clear your MIXO Cache and Reset your user account
  • Check your CPU and Memory usage
