MIXO needs to authenticate by connecting to the cloud database.

In rare instances, your computer's software or network configurations may block this connection.

If you are experiencing problems logging in on your desktop, there are a few things you can check:

  • Check your network connection.
  • Try switching to another network.
  • Try turning off your firewall.
  • Reset your password.
  • Delete application data and uninstall MIXO, then download and install.
