TIPS FOR DEALING WITH LOGIN ISSUES

If you are able to login successfully in the browser but authentication fails after redirecting back to the MIXO app or MIXO:GOLD website, here are some useful tips:

  • First check your system clock is 100% up to date (and ideally updated automatically). This is a common problem, often on Windows.
  • Logout via: https://www.mixo.dj/logout-website then try login again.
  • Clear your browser cookies and cache or try a different browser.
  • Check your firewall and anti-virus software allow requests from MIXO.
  • For MIXO app, check the app permissions and/or run as an administrator. Sometimes, deleting and reinstalling the app can resolve rare issues (if it's convenient to do so).
  • Test if login works on mobile using data connection (not wifi).
  • Check your router firewall (where possible).
  • Restart your router (where possible).
