IMPORT ERRORS

If you encounter an error while importing, please follow these steps in order:

  1. Uninstall MIXO.
  2. Download the latest version from the website and install.
  3. Try importing again

If the steps above do not resolve the problem, please email team@MIXO.dj with the following information:

  • Description of the issue.
  • Screenshot of the error, if possible.
  • Log files from the date of the failed import, found in your MUSIC -> MIXO -> LOGS folder.
  • The import file you were using (e.g., .xml, .nml, .m3u, or .csv).
