IMPORT ERRORS
If you find that you have a particular error showing when you are trying to import, please try these steps in order:
- Uninstall MIXO
- Download the latest version from the website and install
- Try importing again
If the above does not work, please send the following to us at team@MIXO.dj
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot of the error, if possible
- Attach all files from the date of the failed import. These can be found in your Music > MIXO > Logs folder
- Attach the file you were trying to import.
This will likely be a .xml, .nml, .m3u, or .csv file, and the location will show in MIXO on the import page - With the above in hand, we have the best chance possible to find and solve the issue quickly.
