BACKUP SERATO LIBRARY V2

The following instructions apply to both Windows and macOS.

1. Ensure Serato is closed.

2. Navigate to your Music folder.

3. Find the 'Serato' folder. This contains your database, crates, and performance data.

4. Copy this folder to a secure backup location (such as an external drive or a different local folder).

Backup External Drives

If you use an external hard drive for your music, Serato creates a separate library folder on that drive as well.

• Open the root of your external drive.
• Locate the ‘Serato’ folder.
• Copy this folder to your backup location to ensure your external crates and cues are protected.
