So you want to manually import the M3U files into MIXO?
You can do this via the Import -> Playlists(M3U) page.
But why not import the playlists directly from the Import VDJ page?

it doesn't find all the tracks only about 10%.....i'm new here

I see. I suspect the tracks listed in the playlist files are not all linked to tracks in the database.xml. I've seen this before but I'm not sure why VDJ works like that. Basically if the track is not in the database it won't have any corresponding cues or customised metadata. MIXO will just import data from the tags of the track itself.
