Shortcuts
hi everyone,i'm currently struggling with my workflow in a huge music library and need your input (or hopefully a future feature update).
my goal: i want to cue in tracks super fast while preparing sets to compare vibes of each track. Ideally, i want to jump straight to the middle of a track and queue it up with just one click or keystroke. Rekordbox has those mini waveforms right in the track row for this, which i'm really missing here. i tried to build a workaround using shortcuts, but hit a couple of walls:
first of all i can not add custom shortcuts at all and i addition my mac somehow doesn't register the native "next track" / "previous track" media keys. so skipping and auto-playing the next track isn't working.
jump-to-mid shortcut: i'd love to map custom shortcuts (like hitting a given button) to instantly jump straight to 50% track length of the following track. why is this currently not working, or is mac os blocking it? are features like custom shortcuts for needle drops (track center) or mini row waveforms planned for the future?

Keyboard shortcuts can get taken by other apps, such as Sonos, Music or Spotify desktop apps. If you quit and restart MIXO, it should register them for itself again.
As for the jump half way - we can certainly add a shortcut for that! We try to avoid using single keys, which can cause issues when trying to edit metadata etc, but I can add something like "cmd + J" (J for jump).
