Thanks for the feedback! Replacing a track in your library will automatically update the track in any playlists.

When choosing between duplicates (an idea which is in process), replace the duplicated file in every playlist the previous file was. If track A was in playlist 1, 2 and 3, when replacing it with Track AB, keep the new track in playlist 1,2 and 3.
