RE: MIXO App on Ipad

Hey guys, I purchased a new iPad Pro and installed MIXO app. When it opens it ask me to log in and then I see this screen (attached pic). No matter how long I leave it open it just shows "connecting..." but nothing loads. When I open MIXO on my iPhone, it goes to syncing.. and then it shows me my library. What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried the usual, like logout and login, reconnect via Settings/Cloud page?

I went to settings and pressed on reconnect and this is what I get.

I’m not sure to be honest! It’s working elsewhere so it’s not a server issue. I suspect the network is blocking a request.

I think try deleting and reinstalling the app, and try a different WiFi if possible. For example, connect to your phone hotspot.

Probably try different networks first after logout and login.

So it wasn't a network issue. I deleted the app from the iPad and redownloaded from the App Store and now it's working on the iPad. I never really used the app on the phone or iPad but figure it be a cool way to set up cue points while flying out to a gig. Here is something I noticed or could use improvement. The beat jump, it defaults back to 4 beats regardless what you put. Meaning if I have it set at 16 and I load another song, it defaults back to 4 instead of recognizing I am selecting 16. Is there a way to either remember the last set bet jump setting or add a setting feature where one can choose the default beat jump to whatever the user usually uses 4, 8, 16, 32.... Also the add tags box that pops up for one to choose the tags is pretty much unusable on the iPad as it is so condensed you can't see what you are clicking on (see attached pics). Doesn't matter if you are holding your iPad vertical or horizontal.

Ha! So it is. I'll have to check that, thanks for the heads up! Will also look into persistent beat jump but that's fairly low on the agenda right now.

Oh I see - this is only when clicking Add Tags from the Track Info page.

If you tap the 3 dots next to a track and tap Add Tags it should be fine - see attached.

I'll get the Track info link sorted.

OK, you are correct. I just did a test and my tags are laid out correctly.

Will be fixed in next App Store version, which should be live in the next few hours.
