Do the playlists all have working tracks in MIXO? Where are your tracks stored, locally or on an external drive?

Please try exporting a single playlist. Does that work?

Yes the songs work in Mixo, The songs are stored on the second internal drive

Please change the export path to the m.db on the drive where your tracks are located.

changed that, now it is not exporting the playlist at all

Ah yes, I think MIXO actually automatically exports the tracks to the correct drive and the playlists to the local drive.

So I'm not sure why this would be happening! Try the refresh icon on the export page to switch back to the main drive and export again.

Maybe it will work now??

Refreshed, same thing, playlist name exports but playlist does not

You could temporarily move your m.db outside of the Database2 folder (on your second internal drive), then export from MIXO and let MIXO recreate it.

Then open Engine and see if it works.

You can always revert if needed.

Yep, it's got 0 tracks in it! How strange.

Can you also send me the local m.db on your C drive?

Yeah it seems all your tracks are there and not the other drive. The logic should sort them correctly based on the Drive letter in the filePath.

For me it works fine but in your case something isn't working.

Can you show me a screenshot of the filePaths in MIXO in the track list?

Thanks. So I guess the first db you sent was for the D:drive.

I can’t think why the tracks wouldn’t get written to that db!

Playlists are now exporting fully, but random songs are showing incorrect times and not playing, example Dolly parton 9-5 is correct time (2:42) and plays in mixo, after export Engine shows a time of 45:12:52 see attached

Oh nice this means it’s fixed but you’ve discovered a different bug altogether! It’s actually one I’ve heard about in the past but was never able to replicate.

That track should be in one of the m.db files you sent to I’ll take a look at what might have caused that.

One thing you could check is the SampleRate in MIXO. You might need to add that column.

I don't seem to have that one. Could you send me the latest m.db from your D:drive?

Sample rate on the song is 44 I just uploaded the m.db

I reckon that's it! I'll add a handler for bad values like that, but more importantly, where did you import the tracks from?

Track where imported from serato

Strange, Serato normally saves the full sampleRate but perhaps it was imported from the tags.

I've added handlers to convert short sampleRate values during analysis and when exporting to Engine, Rekordbox, Djay and Serato.
