Hi there,
If MIXO does not run on Catalina then unfortunately it's not supported. There are many pieces of the puzzle so I'm not sure specifically which would cause the app not to run.
All I know is that Catalina has been outdated by 7 major macOS releases so it's probably time to upgrade!
