number of files is duplicating

I have imported my Serato library to Mixo and uploaded it to the cloud. the library is 11,000 tracks. When I log in from another device it syncs and shows 22,000 tracks. there are also playlist or crates that show 0 songs after syncing. what am I doing wrong? I am trying to have the same tracks and crate structure on multiple devices using Serato. The crate structure is correct after I export to Serato but there are crates with 0 tracks which is not what I initially imported from the original Serato file. is there a video to help me do this? i have watched several and they just cover converting to a different software not syncing the same software.

If everything looks correct on your primary device, I would try this:

1. In Settings/Debug click “Re-Sync This Library”.
2. Then in your other devices go to Settings/Cloud and click “Force Sync Check”.
3. If that still doesn’t work, do Settings/Debug then click “Reset Local Library”, then login and it will sync again.
