Not able to sync all music files from iTunes anymore into Serato.

Can you please tell me how I can make those music files local so they will sync with Serato Dj Pro 4.0.5? I have more than 21,000 files stored in iTunes cloud and can only sync 3,780 into Serato crates. I used to be able to with no problem. Really need to find a way. For now I have to play missing crate files directly from iTunes app. Thanks

Please could you explain in a little more detail?

So you imported from iTunes and exported to Serato but your crates have missing tracks?

Did this work in MIXO before and if so, when did you last try this?

Are you tracks all stored on the same drive?
