I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro. I used the migration tool to move all my information from the old computer to the new one. If I open MIXO on the new computer will it mess anything up by syncing.

When you load MIXO on the new computer, your tracks won’t play locally because MIXO will know it’s not the same device you imported your tracks from.

If your tracks are stored on the computer and were moved by the migration assistant, you might be able to simply make it your primary device. But only if the filePaths are exactly the same as before. That means your new computer/username should be exactly the same as your old one. For example, if your tracks begin like: /Users/brian/… your new computer must be the same. If it’s different, like /Users/brian-new/… the paths won’t work and you’ll have to relocate the tracks.
