Will your built in metadata cleaner be able to handle the files in the export attached, they came from the record pool, The Mashup CO UK, some has leading list numbers in the title like 1. 10. etc

You should use the improved "FileName Extractor" tool in the beta version below - it will do the following:

Current:
Title: 20. Bob Marley and The Wailers - Buffalo Soldier (Dazwell Quantized Edit) (Clean)
Artist: (null)

Result:
Title: Buffalo Soldier (Dazwell Quantized Edit) (Clean)
Artist: Bob Marley and The Wailers

what would be the best way to setup the tool, it's not all tracks that need it?

Looks like it worked on the default settings, seems to have updated all the tracks.

Yeah it only updates tracks with missing Artist or Title so only your bad tracks would get fixed.
