Hello MIXO Support Team, I would like to report an issue I encountered while using the Free plan. Initially, I followed a tutorial on YouTube to import my library from Rekordbox and then export it to Serato. The first attempt worked successfully. However, when I tried to export again, the process got stuck on loading and there was no progress update. My concern is whether this is a bug or if the Free plan only allows one export attempt. I would appreciate clarification on this matter and guidance on how to resolve the issue. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Lerevon

You can export 1 playlist during trial and there is no limitation how many times.

Did you try restarting MIXO and exporting again?

Please also try exporting to Serato using this beta which has better compatibility with Serato’s v4 database:
