I just downloaded Mixo to export music to Mixxx, when I try to import an xml file to Mixo, it doesn't save or analyze the tracks. How do I fix this?

Can you explain a little more please - is it stuck on parsing the xml? Or does ot hang during saving step? If there is any further information you can give it will really help.

Also please check Music/MIXO/Logs and let me know if you find any error information.

Thanks!

Yes of course, I believe it might it during the saving step but I'm not too sure. I exported my itunes library as an xml, go to Mixo, click on import, itunes, I've tried import all and just selecting one import, but rather than slowly importing them, the "Save to MIXO" step flashes "Saving playlist" and usually says 15% the goes away. Maybe it's a problem with my itunes Music? Under Logs folder, there's no files or info.
Thank you for your help!

Can you send me the xml you exported from iTunes? I’ll test on my side and see what happens. Thanks!

Sure! Here it is as a zip.

Your tracks need to be local to be imported. Your tracks are all "remote" which means they're probably streaming tracks, that's why nothing is imported except your playlists.

I think so yes. Once there is a downloaded file there will be a filePath. Then you can export, import into MIXO and export to any DJ app and the tracks will still work because they’re local on your computer 🙂
