Issues with mobile playback

After upgrading to MIXO 2.0 my entire library got deleted. Thus had to reroll to a previous rekordbox file i had. After doing it, MIXO reuploaded my entire library to my dropbox and made basically a copy of all of it
While i could fix that by deleting the old library from my dropbox, now my mobile app does NOT play any song, even if they are uploaded in the cloud. Is there a fix for this or anything I could do?

Oh no I'm sorry to hear that. The update must have corrupted the database or something, I'm not sure because I've ever seen this before!

FYI - there is a MIXO backup feature in Settings/Backups. I would make one of these every now and then. It's useful because it backs-up cloudPaths as well to avoid having to re-upload.

For the mobile app - you could try deleting it, reinstalling from the App/Play store, then login and it will sync. Everything should work after that. Just check all tracks are uploaded from desktop (green dots)

Regarding the duplication - it's unusual for MIXO to make copies of your tracks in Dropbox. It's supposed to just overwrite the original track, unless the filenames or folders names have changed. I'll have to look into that.

I did check some of your Dropbox links and they show the track was deleted so maybe you're cleaning things up?

You might need to select all tracks, right-click and select Upload Tracks to fix any that were not uploaded or have been deleted.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks for the answer
Regarding the duplicates, its something that happened since i got the program. Basically my collection is on my dropbox and whenever i connected MIXO to it, it starts to make its own "copy" of the collection. While messy i didnt put much thought into it until this time where out of nowhere the collection just dissapeared (in the MIXO app).
I checked and on my mac the green dot is there though it doesnt appear in the mobile one. Might check both of them later today and worst case scenario will do a clean recover

Ahh yes I see. The issue is that MIXO needs to upload the tracks to receive unique IDs and have control over its own folder so that’s why in your case there will be duplication.

I would try upload tracks because in Dropbox some of the tracks were apparently deleted. That should get them working again on your mobile.
