I tried to export a Playlist from Traktor to Serato (import went well), export was also shown as completed without any issue, but the playlist wasn't saved as crate in the shown folder of my MacBook

So when you opened Serato, the crate wasn't there? Are the tracks on the same device, or on another drive?

Are you using Serato v4?

The tracks are on the same drive and yes, I use Serato v4. The crate wasn't saved in the folder and therefore didn't appear in Serato

Serato v4 doesn't use the Subcrates folder any more. It should be saved to the database. But you can try Compatibility Mode, which will save the crate to the Subcrates folder.

Okay, when I do it with Compatibility Mode, the crate is saved to the folder, but the tracks get loaded separately into Serato and I have to remake my playlists manually. Is there any possibility to get my Traktor playlists into Serato and not only the tracks?

They should export from MIXO straight into Serato. I'm not sure why they aren't. Do you have any crates in Serato already? Any with the same names?

If you don't mind deleting all of your existing crates, then do that first and try another export from MIXO (turn off compatibility mode).

Nope, without compatibility mode it actually does nothing

Found it! This is a quirk, specifically for Traktor imports on Mac, when exporting to Serato.

I've fixed it. Will be in the upcoming release which I'm about to get live.

That was good timing!

Great! Thanks a lot!

Thanks so much for staying engaged with this chat - I think we've just solved a long-standing, niche bug here!

MIXO v2.19 is now live :)
