Hello, Since updating to MIXO 2.17.0, I can no longer import VirtualDJ playlists and Hot Cues correctly. My setup: VirtualDJ 2026 b9583 MIXO 2.17.0 Symptoms: Playlist "EXPORT RBOX" from Virtual DJ is no longer visible in MIXO. I found another way to import tracks into MIXO but Hot Cues are not imported MIXO is correctly pointing to: C:\Users\Patri\AppData\Local\VirtualDJ\database.xml The VirtualDJ database contains <Poi Type="cue"> entries. Im pretty sure that the issue appeared after the latest MIXO update. Could you please confirm whether there is a known compatibility issue with VirtualDJ 2026? Thank you for your support.

I have the impression that the problem appeared after the last update of MIXO. Before, I managed to export tracks with hot cues to Rekordbox.

Please send me your database.xml and I’ll see what happens when I import it.

Hi Remko, please find the database with the 2 latest tracks exported to Rekordbox. You will see the hot cues under " position mark".

In summary: I place hot cues with Virtual DJ and import the track onto Mixo. There, I find the hot cues again. Then, I export to Rekorbox xml. On Rekordbox, I find the track but not the hot cues. It always worked well but the issue started a few days ago and I don’t know if it’s related to the last MIXO or Rekordbox update. Thank you for your help.

I meant your database.xml from Virtual DJ, since that's where you're importing from.

But if you're saying the cue points are in fact showing in MIXO, then maybe it's another problem.

Did you import this XML into Rekordbox, or did you use the direct export option from MIXO?

I'm not seeing any issues - when I use export Rekordbox (which is direct), all the cues are transferred. See attached.

Is there any other way I can try to replicate this? Maybe the data in MIXO is not the same as the exported XML data. Perhaps if I import your database.xml from VDJ I might replicate, so please do send that over. :)

Hi thank you for your answer. I don't understand why and how but the issue seems to be fixed ! I was making an detailed example to show you the issue and, at the end of the process, everything worked fine! This is how I proceed:

1. I place the hot cues in Virtual DJ.
2. I put the track with hot cues into a file called " HOT CUES" in My Lists and I close Virtual DJ.
3. I import the track into MIXO. But on the tab ‘IMPORT’ I got a wrong path: I have to modify it manually to have the right path: via button ‘Edit’, then I do the import.
4. In MIXO, in MyLists, I find the 'hot cues' file with the track and the hot cues are available.
5. Then I go to the tab 'EXPORT' to export the track with 'Rekordbox XML'.
6. After the export I got EXPORT COMPLETED.
7. Then I go to Rekordbox ( version 7.2.18 ) and I find the track back.
8. I select the track to add it to my collection and I make a new analyse.
9. And now the issue seems to be fixed !

Oh great! Just to confirm, are you using Export "Rekordbox XML" (and then manually importing the XML in Rekordbox) or just "Rekordbox" (which exports directly into the master.db)?

I'm using 'rekordbox xml'

and the 'Export' button from Mixo to export the track from Mixo to Rbox.

Does it work with the direct option? It might be much easier. The XML option sometimes has issues (on Rekordbox side).

I will try the direct option and tell you if it works.

Hi, I just tried the direct option but I cannot find the track in My collection in Rekordbox. So I used the XML option with the same track and now the track is in rekordbox with the hot cues.

Hmm. How strange!

1. Was the export path the correct location for your master.db?
2. And did you only export a single playlist?
3. Did the track exist in Rekordbox before you exported?

The track didn't exist in Rbox before I exported it. I just exported 1 track in the test I did. But you're right, the paths are not the sames! I will try with the path I used for the xml file. Keep you posted!

What happens if you click the refresh icon on the export page? Does it correct the path?

The path should match your Rekordbox Preferences/Advanced/Database -> at the bottom "Database management"

I can't replicate that. One thing I noticed with your XML is those 2 tracks don't have a TotalTime attribute, which means they probably don't have a duration in MIXO. Any idea why?
