I am experiencing an issue when importing from djay Pro on my MacBook Pro. Several files are missing, and none of my hot cues transferred over. Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

Ok I’ll see what I can find. If you can let me know one track I’ll try to find it.

I parsed over 30,000 cues points and can see that your tracks have them - see attached.

Please restart MIXO and try the import again.

Just to keep you updated - I’ve noticed a few issues, like missing ratings and colours when importing your library so I suspect there are indeed some missing cue points.

Ok I think it's fixed! You should now see correct ratings, colours, playCount and all the cue points.

I tried testing with just one folder to save time, but I am still getting the same "missing files" issue. I attempted to relocate them with no luck, so I am giving up on this for now, Thank you

All of the hot cues should be there now but the files should only be missing if they are not on your computer/drive.

Did you look at the filePath column in MIXO? It will reveal the paths that MIXO imports from you database. Maybe you can tell me if they are old paths or something?
