I exported my collection from Rekordbox to Traktor and everything worked! If I edit just one playlist in Rekordbox tomorrow, how can I transfer just that one? Do I have to export the entire collection? Can I then import just one playlist into Traktor?

I'm pretty sure you can just right-click 'Playlists' in Traktor, and choose 'Import Playlist', then select the NML you exported from MIXO containing your single playlist.
