Engine -> Djay Pro Export issue

Tried to respond to my original thread but it says its deleted ...

I'm on Windows:

My issue is when I import EngineDJ and export to Djaypro, all my tracks are greyed out. Even though the absolute folder never changed and this was just a djay pro re-install.

It worked completely fine before.

The last reply siggested adding my tracks into Djay Pro then exporting from MIXO to get my playlists. The problem is then all my tracks are doubled up and there isn't an easy way to get rid of duplicates.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm using the latest version (2.0)

Hi there, that’s strange I’m not sure where your ticket went. I’ll look into that.

Did you try deleting all your tracks in djay first before adding them directly?

FYI - I found the original ticket. It was a direct email from a different email address.

Hi - yes i did. and hten when I ran MIXO, it brought them all back but a good amount of tracks are greyed out. those tracks are showing up fine in Virtual DJ and Engine.

Also just tested export to Serato and all the files and playlists showed up properly. So this seems to be an issue exclusively with MIXO 2.0 and Djay Pro.

Can you please try the previous version to see if it works? We did make a small change to the logic in V2.0.

Looks like the older version fixed it.
I also tried Lexicon DJ and it did it without issue as well.

Ok that’s really useful thanks! I’ll check what changes we made.
