When I create a new playlist that includes

• Match any
• Not In Playlist A
• Not in Playlist B
• Not in Playlist C

the track list is not accurate. I expect my new smart playlist to list all tracks that aren't in any of the listed playlists. Instead I get an odd mix where some tracks are excluded properly but others are not.
