I've had this happen a few times where all tracks in a playlist were listed twice. They weren't duplicates (when I update the rating on the first of 2 tracks, the second updates at the same time).
This has happened bot on the mobile as well as the desktop version.
I eventually got it to fix itself by using "update smart playlists" on desktop.
