Thanks for the kind words!

Please check the folder permissions, or grant MIXO full disk access via Mac settings.

Restart MIXO.

If that doesn’t work, what are the file types and how large are the files in size or duration? I think there’s a 2GB or 20 minute limit for analysis.

Hmm ok. So you’ve selected a folder on your Mac (or drag dropped) and imported the tracks but analysis failed for all 84 tracks?

Yes I drag and dropped the file

I also tried on individual tracks not in that folder the tracks get uploaded to the cloud successfully,

I have opened the program from another MacBook with out any joy .

The logs will tell you the reason why they are not analysed.

Ok there must be an issue in the filePath - perhaps a strange character that is causing issues. Unlikely, but possible!

If you open Track Info (right-click the track) for one of your tracks that won't analyse or upload, please copy the filePath at the bottom of this page and send it to me.

If you notice anything wrong about the filePath, please let me know!

I Worked out from your intelligence on file path, the folder structure is important to the drag and drop feature if the folder is in another folder and you drag it into the Mixo software it isn't happy if you go straight into a playlist there needs to be a folder matching the folder name from the source.Thank you.

Hi Clive, thanks for getting back to me on this. MIXO should recursively import everything from a folder (all tracks in all subfolders). I’ll have to check if there’s some sort of quirk with folder nesting but I didn’t think that would be an issue.
