Playlist Recovery / Sync Error

Hello,

I recently paused my MIXO GOLD membership, then restarted it. In the meantime, I had created several playlists with hundreds of songs. I paid for GOLD, turned sync back on, and those new playlists are gone from all of my devices. I see a support entry on "Playlist Recovery" but that doesn't show up in my settings. Is there anything I can do to get those playlists back? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
