Is there a way to only import crates and tracks within those crates from serato, versus the entire library outside of crates?

Yes. Simple uncheck Import Everything, then select only the crate(s) you want to import.

If you only have one crate, Import Everything will be always checked, so the solution is to add another crate (with a track) in Serato. You can then select one crate and Import Everything will remain unchecked.
