Question
MIXO writes cues and metadata directly to the track tags, just like Serato, and Serato reads them from there.
So once they’re written to your tracks, they will stay there until overwritten by MIXO or Serato or another app.
Things you can check:
1. Find a track with cues in MIXO that have no cues in Serato. Double check it’s the same track by comparing the FilePath/location in both apps.
2. Copy the track to a new location and import it into a temporary playlist in MIXO (drag drop it straight to the playlist). After analysis, MIXO should display the cues if they exist.
If not, you might need to Export -> Update Tags again.
If they exist then the problem must be on Serato’s side. If that’s the case, please send me the track and I’ll see if the cues display in my Serato app!
