Files are not downloading
Hi there,
Here's the process:
1. Import your music or DJ library/playlists into MIXO.
2. MIXO will analyse the tracks to build the waveforms, then upload your artwork/waveforms and tracks to your connected cloud storage.
3. MIXO will then sync your local database of data to the cloud database.
Once this is all complete (and all your tracks have green dots to indicate they were successfully uploaded) you can then load MIXO on your other devices and wait for it to sync. Once sync is complete, you can download tracks so they are local to that device.
If any tracks failed to upload, which can happen regularly for a variety of reasons with 3rd party cloud storage, you can easily try again by right-clicking any number of selected tracks and choose Upload Tracks. You can also add the Uploaded column and sort your track list to find them more easily.

You could try logout and login of MIXO.
If that doesn't work, logout of your cloud storage in MIXO AND in the browser.
Then reconnect your cloud storage via MIXO, which means you'll have to login via the browser again. This ensures a fresh authentication.
Also double check your download location in Settings/Advanced. It’s possible MIXO doesn’t have permission to the folder you’re trying to download to and it’s just failing.

You can also try Settings/Debug -> "Reset Local", which will reset your local database and re-sync it again from the cloud.
Don't do Reset MIXO as that will reset your synced data too!

I can't understand why it wouldn't be working for you.
My only theory is a permission issue that's disallowing the downloads.
Do your tracks all show artwork and do they play via cloud (streaming)?

2. Logout of your cloud storage in your browser (this is important).
3. Disconnect cloud storage in MIXO.
4. Logout of MIXO.
5. Login and reconnect your cloud storage (you will have to login via your browser again, which will issue a brand new auth token).
If downloads still don't work on your secondary device, please check MIXO has full permissions on the specified download folder, or full disk access).
