The trial starts the moment you sync or export and last 7 days. Export is limited to 1 playlist at a time during trial.

You have the option of using it during that time, or upgrading to unlock full export.

It looks like you've already upgraded and paid for the month so let me try to help you with your export.

Firstly, what is the issue you encountered?

Secondly, did you also try the official XML export?

Was referred to your program and trying to test taking a collection Traktor to RB but it's stopping me saying 1 playlist only. I'd like to see it succeed on a collection bigger than one playlist before investing. So the 7 day trial isn't full access?

Yes the trial is limited to 1 playlist at a time so you'll need to upgrade for a full export.
