hello reaching out with a question i moved from recordbox to serato but for some reason my crates all transfered over but when i go to the crates songs were missing and i tried to cross them over but wenever i close serato after i transfered the songs and re open serato songs be again missing its like they get deleted from serato after transfer any help with that ?

To help you debug this I recommend that you add the FilePath column in MIXO and the same in Serato and compare.



Common causes are the FilePaths are streaming or Dropbox links, or an external drive that is not connected.



Let me know what you find.

Hola me pasa lo mismo agrego las pistas cierro Serrato vuelvo a abrir y desaparecen o se desorganizan todas, con las cajas al exportarlas abro serato y aparecen en el mismo orden que las tenía en rekordbox y cuando cierro y vuelvo y abro se desorganizan todas también

If your tracks are on an external drive, try exporting to the _Serato_/Subcrates folder on that drive. Otherwise it sounds like a quirk with Serato since initially everything matches Rekordbox. If you find a solution to this issue please post it.

ósea exporto en ves de a la pc exporto a la misma carpeta de Serato pero del disco duro

What do the file paths for the tracks look like in Serato? Are they correct or pointing to the wrong location? Are you on the same computer where you imported your music into MIXO?

Lo que pasa es que importe de rekordbox de una unidad externa y de el disco interno de la computadora al exportar a serato lo estoy haciendo con el disco externo conectado y el interno ya que en los dos tengo música cuando abro el serato después de importar con mixo todos los Creates están en el mismo orden de rekordbox pero hay archivos que faltan en las listas pero en mixo están todos los archivos intactos cierro el serato y lo vuelvo a abrir y todas las cajas se desordenan y archivos de música desaparecen

Pudiera exportar las listas de mixo a aún disco externo o usb o descargarlas a mi ordenador? Y cuáles serían los pasos

Ah I see. When you export to one drive the tracks on the other drive will be missing and the same the other way around.



At the moment MIXO only supports exporting to a single drive so I think the solution would be to move all your music to the same drive and relocate your tracks in Serato. Alternatively you could try relocating them in MIXO before you export to Serato.
