Gold membership

Hi Remko,

I think there is a bug in the invoice system... I had a Gold membership starting on the 4th of each month. I cancelled it a few days ago and today I renewed it. The new membership looks like it is now starting on the 21st of each month. That would mean that I pay twice for half a month...

I do not really mind for the money, but I guess this could be corrected.
