Under Import and Export for Serato, a message is displayed instead of the expected window content: Please Quit SERATO First.

Hitting "Reload Button" doesn't do anything.

Please check your system processes. There must still be something running for Serato! Also try restarting MIXO.

Hello Mixo DJ Team,

I still have the issue even if I close all serato software, restart Mixo, also restarting my pc too !

MIXO version : 1.77.0
MacOs Sonoma : 14.5

Could you help me ?

Can you check Activity Monitor and look for any Serato processes then stop them.

The only serato active is the core audio of my mac and i can't stop it !

Have you tried stopping that process?

It's possible you can temporarily disable "Make Audio Available to Other Applications" in the Setting Audio tab of Serato, then restart your computer. This might work.



In the meantime we'll work on a fix.

I have the exact same problem.

I found this thread and installed the update 1.77.1 and now I get past the initial Export to Serato page, but I still have this problem on the page following that.

Serato is not running.

No Serato processes are running in Activity Monitor.

At the time of taking the provided screenshots, I had rebooted my Mac.

Please help.

This is now resolved for me. I was using an external drive, so had to change the Subcrate file path.
