Cant get tracks to play on iPad

Hello, I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. When I try to play a track on iPad, it gets stuck on loading the track forever. I’ve tried downloading tracks to the device which doesn’t help either.

What format are the tracks? Ogg and m4p won't work.



You could try Settings/Debug "Reset Player Queue" then try again.



Let me know if that works or what the file types are.

Reset player queue didn’t work. The files are apple lossless… I think M4A format?

They should work, unless they are M4P which are DRM protected and work anywhere expect iTunes.

Ok. I uninstalled then reinstalled which seemed to clear up the issue.
