syncing multiple computers

Hi Omar,

Did MIXO upload all of your tracks to your cloud storage and are they all showing green dots on your first computer?

You can try Settings/Debug -> Reset LOCAL on your second computer.

You can also try Settings/Cloud -> Force Sync Check on both computers. This might resolve any sync issues.

Failing that, you can try Settings/Debug -> Re-Sync This Library on your primary computer. This will delete all your synced data and re-sync your library.

Hello,

I synced from my main computer and it works fine. I tried to do with my other computer and its not showing my cloud files to download into the new computer. Don't know what I am doing wrong. My computer has enough space to download the new tracks. Its not showing the playlist to download either. Thanks

Normally you can download everything from Settings/Cloud or individual playlists by right-clicking them and turning on the download toggle.

How did you import?

Can you show me a screenshot of your track list showing the filePaths?

Yes so none of your tracks have been analysed or uploaded, So I have no idea where you imported from but the tracks don't actually exist locally.

If you've imported from a Dropbox sync folder on your desktop I don't think it's going to work like that. You need to have the tracks stored locally, eg on your computer or external hard drive.

Thank you for your hard work. It all went through. Now I have 3 computers that are synced. The problem was the songs were not uploaded when I thought they were...they were at one point but had to re do it then I could put them on the other computer
