Just click "Cancel Import" for now. If you find the track that was not analysed, you can right-click it and "Re-Analyse Track".

Hi, I am exporting tracks from rekordbox. I did the xml file and started exporting. The "save to Mixo" status is complete, but the "Analyse tracks" stays forever at 99%. I need to extract all data, specially cues and waveform data. I am then hoping to import the complete collection to Traktor so I can see my previously saved rekordbox cues.

Hi Remko, thanks for the quick response. So if it says 1263 of 1264, it's just one track that is not analyzed? Is there a way to spot which one?

I canceled the import and re-analysed all again, and it still stays at 99%. And then, when I import to Traktor the cues are not there. How can I import correctly? I click on import new colllection and the tracks appear in the right playlists, but not the cues.

Where did you import from? If you just drag/dropped your tracks, you will see one track that is missing all the metadata. Then you can try to re-Analyse it.

If you can see cues in MIXO, they should be exported to Traktor. You can verify this by checking the exported NML and look for CUE_V2 tags.

If they exist, then double check your settings in Traktor. Sometimes people miss the setting to display the correct cue types.

Hi Remko, I imported in Mixo from Rekordbox XML.

I can't see any cues in MIXO (attached), how can I check the exported NML? No program reads it, so I don't know how to look for cue_v2 tags.

I followed all the steps in the mixo-to-traktor guide and after exporting to traktor I still can't see the correct cues I initally set on Rekordbox.

Having Mixo Gold, is it okay to request a quick chat or call? I bought the subscription for the sole purpose of being able to export my Rekordbox cues to Traktor, but after following the guides and articles, I still can't. I would appreciate any quick feedback on my case. I know there must be a single step or setting I am not doing, but it's hard to identify in a back-and-forth in this thread.

You don't actually need to analyse the tracks if your sole purpose is to export to Traktor. The cues are stored in the XML so they get imported during the Save step.



We are more than happy to organise a screen share zoom call but we have an event this week so earliest is Monday.



However, let me go through a few points with you;



- NML files can be opened with TextEdit on the Mac.

- You can Cancel Import to fix the issue with hanging during analysis, although this should be fixed in v1.63.

- You can also use the Advanced Import Options to skip analysis during import.

- Once import is complete (or cancelled), export the Traktor NML and import this Collection into Traktor.

- When Traktor asks which tags should be imported, select "Collection", which means the metadata will be imported from the NML rather than reading it from the track ID3 tags. It's possible this is where you're going wrong.
