Playlist disappeared, but is still somewhere within the app?

As I was rearranging playlists into folders, two playlists seemingly vanished. I imported a copy back from Rekordbox and, when I renamed it, it changed the filename to (1).

The funny thing is I replicated this issue myself by coincidence yesterday and have been investigating the cause!

MIXO v1.62 is now live with various code improvements to mitigate the risk of disappearing playlists and folders.

I think we've solved it (it was very hard to replicate) but we've also added a new feature to recover or delete missing items (Tools -> "Recover Playlists").
