Hi Ray,

That's very unusual. Things to check:

1. Make sure you export some tracks inside the crate.

2. Make sure you export or move the crate to the Subcrates folder in the _Serato_ folder.

3. Make sure your crate name does not contain and uncommon characters.

4. If your tracks are located on an external drive, check your external drive to see if the crate was exported there.
