Could you please make sure of the following:

- MIXO is on version 0.16 - go to File > Check For Updates

- Virtual DJ is up-to-date

- Also please send us your logs located in Music > MIXO > Logs, if these aren't turned on already go to Settings > General and do so there and import your database again.
