No Serato crate exported from Rekordbox playlist

Hi Ray,

That's very unusual. Things to check:

1. Make sure you export some tracks inside the crate.

2. Make sure you export or move the crate to the Subcrates folder in the _Serato_ folder.

3. Make sure your crate name does not contain and uncommon characters.

4. If your tracks are located on an external drive, check your external drive to see if the crate was exported there.

Hi , i have just subscribed to mixo gold and after importing my xml from rekordbox , whenever i try to export the tracks to serato crates it says exported but the crate cannot be found. I have done the multiple time with different playlist. If this is a bug and cannot be resolved can I kindly get my subscription fee refunded.
