USB Drive no analysis
Hi, I just started using Mixo and plan to upgrade to gold is it works. I'm unable to analyze my tracks. I currently use Rekordbox with a Master Database on my USB Drive (using a Macbook Pro). I did notice when I tested a master Database straight from the Macbook, it successfully worked. But when using my USB, it fails everytime, it won't sync, it won't upload to Google Drive, nothing. I gave the App 'Full Disk Access' on System Settings to see if it would help but no luck. Could you please assist me as soon as possible so I can make the most of my free trial. Appreciate your help!

So you changed the import location to the master.db on your external drive and MIXO doesn't import anything? Or all the tracks import but analysis and upload don't work?
Please check the following:
1. Right-click the track list headers and add the FilePath column. Take a look and make sure the look correct.
2. Right-click a track and Show In Finder - does this work?
3. Double click a track - does it play?
4. Go to Music/MIXO/Logs and see if there are any relevant logs showing why analysis and upload failed.
5. You should also make sure MIXO has read/write permission the master.db and any other relative folders on your USB drive, then try again.
6. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Files & Folders, click MIXO then enable Removable Volumes if it's there.
Feel free to send me your master.db, perhaps as a zip file.
You can upload your file here:

Out of curiosity, how do you get Rekordbox to create the master.db on your external drive? For me it's always created locally on my mac.

into MIXO, on a mac, and everything works although I had to fix the paths for parsing beatgrid information.
Basically if those greyed-out tracks don't work in MIXO, it means they can't be found at the path. Can you take a screenshot of the track list in MIXO showing the filePaths? See attached example from my successful import.

Your track paths show "Volumes/MAJ MUSIC/..." but in your video I can see that you've renamed your USB to "MAJ MUSIC 1" (with the 1 at the end).
Remove the " 1" from the USB name and try to play a track in MIXO. It will work immediately.
You can then select all tracks, right-click and select Re-Analyse tracks. Then select Artwork and Waveform - see attached.
You can then go to Tools/Actions and click Upload Tracks.

I don't understand where the filePaths are coming from.
Please send me your master.db here:

You will need to delete the existing tracks in MIXO first to avoid duplication (only this time because of the fix), or use "Mirror Mode" on the Import page.
