Uploading to Cloud
Hi,
With V2.16.0, I cannot upload artwork or tracks to Dropbox anymore.
I reset everything, I disconnected from Dropbox, I even renamed the Application folder in Dropbox (so that I get a new fresh upload of all my tracks)... Nothing works.
I also checked my firewall rules.
I always get a "Preparing..." message during the artwork upload, that stays on and on, even when trying to upload only one track.
In the log file (before I renamed the Application folder in Dropbox), I got a message like "Failed.to.Upload.track.-.undefined.-.status:undefined.-.Lawrence.James.-.Atmosphere.mp3"
If I cancel the upload, sync goes on with no error, but my tracks are not uploaded to Dropbox.
Any suggestion ?
Many thanks,
Tsunoo

1. Cancel Upload (on the Import/Progress page).
2. Logout of Dropbox in your browser (important!).
3. Disconnect Dropbox in MIXO.
4. Logout of MIXO, login again, then reconnect. This time you will need to login to Dropbox in the browser.
5. Go to Tools/Actions and click Upload Tracks.

Many thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately, Mixo is still stuck on artwork upload with the "Preparing" message. And I get no log file about what's happening.
Is there a way to tell Mixo to create a new folder in Dropbox ? So that I can start fresh on the cloud side ? For now, even if I renamed the MIXO-Sync folder in Dropbox, no new folder was created...
Regards

Let try forcing a new connection. Please go here:
https://www.dropbox.com/account/connected_apps
Then expand MIXO and click disconnect.
Then disconnect Dropbox in MIXO, via Settings/Cloud.
Then go to Settings/Reset Tools -> Delete Upload Queue.
Then try connecting Dropbox again.
Then try right-clicking a single track and click 'Upload Track'.

The best way to handle this is like this:
1. Quit MIXO, then move the MIXO folder from your system Music folder, to your desktop.
2. Launch MIXO and the folder should get recreated.
3. Quit MIXO, then copy the contents of the old Artwork and Waveforms folders to the newly created folders. you can do the same with the other folders if required.
4. Launch MIXO again and hopefully it will work!
If not I have one more thing to try.

Is there a way I could reset everything, even the Dropbox link to the MIXO-Sync folder, so that I can fresh import my Rekordbox database ?

If you quit MIXO, then start Powershell (just search for powershell in Windows), then drag the MIXO app into the window and hit enter, MIXO should start.
Once it starts, please let me know if you see any errors in the powershell window when it tries to upload.

Things are looking much better : I managed to upload one track with success. I now launched the global upload of all my tracks : artwork upload is on its way (zip 2 of 18) and I guess tracks upload will then go on.
