That's really strange and something we urgently need to test and check for you.

Can you try resetting your password here:

Then if the problem persists, send us the new password you've created so we can test it on our portals, desktop and mobile apps for you?

Once we've done this you can reset the password again.

I cannot login using mixo 0.14.0 on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.2. I am able to login all portals via my browser.

I was still unsuccessful. I am using a randomly generated password: yNM6M5VEJJVhYxTSRk4X8b88BPzMGneGZ9G3NW4Bv`Sn6kEt@FJyqzcjux

I've been able to replicate the issue which means we can get a fix asap!

For now, I recommend you shorten your password and remove any of the special characters as it's likely one of these, or a combination of them, is the reason the password doesn't work on the MIXO app.

We'll of course fix this, but do change it for now so you can login:

The issue was being caused by the length of the password. The app has a 50 character limit on the login page.



We've now updated the register and password reset pages to reflect this.

The requirements are:

- Minimum 8 character

- At least 1 Capital letter

- At least 1 number

- No more than 50 characters long



Let us know how you get on.

Miles is correct - I reset my password to be 50 characters and I was successful in logging in via the App.
