I’ve finished my playlist imported from Traktor n Export to Serato dj but when I turn on serato export playlists not appear. What should I do?

I think there is a problem in the last release with export to Serato. I'm looking at it now...

In the meantime, you could try Compatibility mode and export again.

What is compatibility mode n where? Do I have to export to serato all again?

Basically compatibility mode exports crates to the Subcrates folder, which is the old V3 way of doing things. However, Serato now has a new database which is very complicated and I think there might be an issue with the export, so it might be best to wait for a new release which I'm working on today.

In the meantime, recommend you restore your old Serato library like this:

1. Quit Serato.
2. Go to Macintosh HD > Users > (username) > Library > Application Support > Serato > Library.
3. Here you will find a "Backups" folder containing backups. Double click to unzip the master and root files created before you exported to MIXO.
4. Move the master and root into the Library file to overwrite the existing files.

Once you've overwritten the master and root in the Library folder, you can launch Serato and everything will be back to normal.

1. Install this beta which has a fix for track list order:

2. Go to Macintosh HD > Users > (username) > Library > Application Support > Serato > Library > MIXO
3. Double click to unzip the earliest backup in the MIXO folder.
4. Move the master and root from this zip into the Library file to overwrite the existing files.

Once you've overwritten the master and root in the Library folder, you can launch MIXO and export should be working!

If you imported from Serato try this:

1. Select the tracks.
2. Right-click and choose Reanalyse Tracks.
3. Then select Replace Cues.

If you exported to Serato and don’t see the cues, you need to use Export -> Track Tags. This will write the cues to the tracks.
