Is there a log I can look at to see why when I export from Mixo to Serato it always says I have 12 missing files but I don't, I looked everywhere and can't see why Mixo thinks I have 12 missing tracks

also, this is on my local laptop, all tracks are on the MacBook and none are missing

They are not missing, but they're also not downloaded.

Sort by the Uploaded column and make sure they are all uploaded.

Also try Settings/Downloads -> Check Downloads.

Hmm very strange! In Music/MIXO/Logs you should find a log of failed downloads. maybe that will help?

this is all happening on my local library so it uploaded the 83K but still impressive. one day ill test downloading all a computer that has the space also

But if you're exporting on the same device where you imported and it's saying there are non-downloaded tracks, that seems like a bug? Unless you added 12 tracks on another device?

I've checked the logic - non-downloaded tracks means tracks that were imported on a different device and are not downloaded.

If you add the FilePath column and sort, at the top or bottom of the list you should in theory be able to spot the paths that are from a different device. Then you can right-click and download I think!

good call! I voted by path and see the 12 that are not really in my local library, must have been added when I was testing stuff on my work pc. thank you!!!

Boom! There it is, so now you can delete them or try to download them. Not sure why they don't download automatically though, when you recheck downloads...

they may not even be on my work pc anymore, I have to look, I did a lot of back and forth testing during the week to simplify my playlists for using my iPad for ceremonies
