Could you make sure you are using the latest version (0.13.0), you can update in-app File -> Check for updates.

If that hasn't helped please let me know the following:

- Did you create these cuepoints in MIXO?

- Is your install of Traktor up-to-date?

I created cue points in rekordbox playlist and export it to the xml, and then i used your product to inport the .xml file to read the playlist from rekordbox which has cue point included and shown, but when the next step i export it to traktor nml. and open it in traktor the cue point wasn't shown.

my traktor version is 3.2.1.9 with copyright , shall i update it?

i have try again, after deleted track from traktor collection and re-export nml from MIXO v0.15，and then when i loaded again the cue points still dosen't show up.
