Could you answer the following:

- Is it importing any of the tracks? If so, are the missing tracks in the same local folder?

- Did you export your collection with the tracks or without?

Also, could you try importing the missing tracks just as files and see if they import.

none of the trakcs are importing from nml import.

missing tracks are from same local folder.

yes exported with the tracks and tried without too.

tried doing same with serato crates but its not working.



i have attached the file. in the playlist i have kept only 1 track and that shows missing.



by the way i have just downloaded this software great stuff

I realize you have just downloaded the app, but just double check that it is version 0.12.0 by going to File > Check For Updates.



Could you also follow this guide to turn on logs

Then go to: Music > MIXO > Logs - and send us the files there after importing your NML collection again.

Thanks for sending these through, I can see that All Tracks has 1 track in it, so despite it saying 'failed' - is this track the same one and does it play?

Make sure to reset MIXO and clear the cache this is under Settings > Debug

Yes was transferring 1 playlist in which I have 1 track.tried with 30 tracks also still all the tracks missing message reflect.



Have done clear chache also reinstalled mixo still it's showing same

OK, could you send me the NML file you are trying to import and can you confirm that the track is playing in Traktor?



Click the Check Consistency button in Traktor just to make sure everything is in the right place from Traktors point of view.

What version of Traktor are you using, and is it completely up-to-date?



Comparing with other NML files it looks like your version of Traktor may need to be updated.
